Quads FAQ

What are the best exercises for the Quads?

180 Jump Turns, 4 Corners Curtsy, 4 Corners Side Step and 4 Reverse Lunge and 4 Side Taps are among the most effective quads exercises. Pair a heavy compound movement with one or two assistance exercises to train the quads through its full range.

How often should you train the Quads?

Training the quads two to three times per week, with roughly 10–20 hard sets in total, works well for most lifters. Leave about 48 hours between demanding quads sessions so the muscle can recover and grow.
