Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: October 8, 2026
We do not sell your data, and your health, training, body and photo data never reaches an advertiser. The only thing some US privacy laws may call a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" is the personalised ads Google can show free visitors on our website. You can switch that off here. The Android and iOS apps show no ads at all, and Premium removes ads from the website too.
Your choice on this browser
Turn on JavaScript to change this setting here — or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (it works without anything else), or email [email protected].
What opting out does
- The website asks Google AdSense for non-personalised ads only: ads chosen from the page you are reading, not from your browsing elsewhere.
- Google Analytics on the website sends no advertising signals (no ad personalisation, no Google signals).
- It takes effect on your next page load, and it is kept on this browser. If you clear your browser's site data, or use another browser or device, choose again there.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, every visit is treated as opted out automatically — on every page, with no click needed, and for as long as the signal is on.
Sensitive personal information
We use your sensitive personal information — your account login and your health and fitness data — only to provide the Service you asked for, never to infer characteristics about you and never for advertising. That is why there is no separate "Limit the use of my sensitive personal information" switch: there is nothing beyond that to limit. Details are in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
More choices
- Google's own controls: Google Ads Settings.
- To opt out by email, or through an authorised agent, write to [email protected].
- All your US privacy rights, and how to appeal a decision, are in section 16 of the Privacy Policy.
